Walking alongside you through the loss of your child.

Birth and death are universal experiences. We are not meant to experience them alone. I walk alongside families who are experiencing the loss of their child, whether through pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or elective or medical termination, offering emotional, physical, and evidence-based informational support.

Birth and death bring family and community together, to love and support each other through this transition, and I’m here to help hold that space for you.

Pregnancy loss support I offer

My care is for you, your partner and other loved ones as you move through the emotional and physical changes of this loss. I offer:

  • Support with your emotional and physical needs and changes,
  • Support advocating for what you need, from your care team and the people around you,
  • Help navigating support from family and community,
  • Connection to community resources that can help,
  • Help with basic needs, like preparing food, daily chores, and support for siblings,
  • Comfort measures after the birth of your child,
  • Space to hold you as you move through the stages of grief

Whether you’re navigating a miscarriage, a stillbirth, or an elective or medical termination, this support is for you.

Honoring your baby, your way

Every family carries this experience differently, shaped by your own values and cultural traditions. I help families honor their baby in a way that feels meaningful to them, whatever that looks like for you.

There is no single right way to go through a pregnancy loss, to grieve or to remember, and your experience and your feelings are valid, whatever they are.

You are not alone in this

Loss like this can feel isolating, especially when the people around you don’t know what to say or how to help. Part of my role is to help you navigate those family and social relationships, so you feel supported instead of more alone.

I also help connect you with community resources, so you have more than just me in your corner as you heal.
