Postpartum Doula Support

Nourishing support as you heal your body and learn to care for your baby.
My goal is to help you feel nourished, physically and emotionally, during postpartum. This season asks a lot of you: your body is healing, you’re learning your baby, and everything around you is changing all at once. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
As a postpartum doula serving families across Eugene and Lane County, I offer hands-on, judgment-free support so you can move through this transition feeling cared for, not just care for the baby.
However postpartum looks for your family, I'm here to help
Every postpartum experience is different, and my support flexes to meet you where you are. I’m here for:
- Transitioning into parenting babe in arms, physically and emotionally,
- Postpartum recovery and healing after birth,
- Infant care and feeding support,
- Processing your pregnancy and birth story,
- Navigating support from family and community,
- Helping your whole family adjust to the changes a new baby brings,
- Daily household support: meal prep, laundry, pets, siblings, and general tidying
What my postpartum support looks like
Postpartum isn’t just about the baby. It’s about you healing, your family adjusting, and everyone finding their footing together. I fold practical help and emotional support into the same visit, so you’re not choosing between having someone hold the baby and having someone hold space for you.
Some families want help processing their birth story. Some need an extra set of hands for the laundry pile. Some need both, in the same afternoon.
I’ll meet you where you are.

Why postpartum support matters
You weren’t meant to do this alone, and having the right support in place makes a real difference.
Families with strong postpartum support tend to have more consistent engagement with their care providers, and both feeding outcomes and family wellbeing improve when there’s someone in your corner.
Support from family, community, and a postpartum doula is also linked to lower stress and anxiety for the birthing parent and the whole family, along with fewer postpartum mood challenges.
Serving Eugene, Lane County, and the coast
I provide postpartum doula support in person to families across Lane County, including Eugene, Springfield, Veneta, Mapleton, Swisshome, Walton, and Deadwood, as well as neighboring coastal communities like Coos Bay, Reedsport, and Yachats.
I am happy to nourish all families regardless of their gender, sexuality, skin color, family culture, or caregiver dynamics.

Frequently asked questions
A postpartum doula supports your recovery and your transition into parenting. That includes help with infant care and feeding, processing your birth story, navigating support from family and community, and practical daily help like meal prep, laundry, and household tasks. If you’ve been searching for a postpartum doula near me or a night doula, this is the kind of hands-on, judgment-free support I offer.
Anytime. Some families like to have support lined up before the baby arrives, and others reach out once they’re home and settling in. It’s never too early or too late to ask for help.
Let's talk about your postpartum support
